By using customstormshutters.us or requesting service from Custom Storm Shutters (Licensed & Insured | CBC#1270515), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Products and services

These terms apply to all of our products and services, including:

• Lanai and garage screens, including Solar (shade) Screens, Insect Screens, Commercial Screens and Hurricane Screens
• Motorized and solar-powered roll-down screen systems
• Impact-rated hurricane screens
• Accordion shutters, roll-down shutters, Bahama shutters and Colonial shutters
• Aluminum, galvanized steel and polycarbonate storm panels
• Removable flood barriers for selected openings
• Free in-home measurements, consultations, estimates, installation, repair and service of existing systems
• Promotional financing information through the GreenSky® Program

Product availability, colors, sizes and options may vary. Final product selection, specifications and pricing are confirmed in your written proposal or contract.

Online price estimator

We do not provide instant online prices. We won't know your exact price until we are there in person to measure and review the opening. Price is subject to change based on site conditions, corrected measurements, and additional services or products. An estimate is not an offer, quote or contract. Your final price is set only after an in-home measurement and a signed agreement. Your first in-home measurement and up to two estimates are free. Additional estimates need office approval and typically cost $50.

Requests and service area

Submitting a request does not create a contract or guarantee an appointment. We currently serve addresses within 50 miles of our service center in Central Florida. Custom Storm Shutters reserves and practices the right to refuse service for any reason that may prevent us from providing the best service possible.

Impact and non-impact products

• Only systems specifically documented and approved as impact-rated are intended for hurricane protection, and only when properly installed and used.
• Solar, insect and other non-impact screens are comfort products for shade, privacy and insect control. They are not hurricane-protection systems.
• No product is "hurricane-proof." Flood barriers may help reduce water intrusion at selected openings but cannot guarantee a property will not flood.
• Product approvals, permits and HOA requirements may apply and vary by location.

Financing

Financing is offered through the GreenSky® Program and is subject to credit approval. Custom Storm Shutters is not the lender. Promotional terms, APRs and payment examples shown on our website are examples only; actual approval, rates and payments may differ. For "no interest if paid in full" promotions, interest is billed during the promotional period and is waived only if the full amount financed is paid before the promotion expires. Rates and terms are set by the lender and may change.

Timelines

Manufacturing and installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by permits, weather, material availability, storms and other factors outside our control.

Warranties

Product and workmanship warranties, if any, are those stated in your written contract and manufacturer documentation. Website content is not a warranty.

Website content

We work to keep information accurate but may make errors or changes without notice. Photos and videos show examples of our work; your product may look different. All website content belongs to Custom Storm Shutters and may not be copied without permission.

Communications

By submitting a form, you agree we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You may opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Custom Storm Shutters is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on online estimates. Nothing here limits rights you have under Florida law or your written contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If your signed contract conflicts with these terms, your contract controls.
